The Bishopdale Bulletin
The Bishopdale Bulletin is a quarterly community newsletter published by the Bishopdale Community Trust and delivered to 3500 homes and businesses in the wider Bishopdale area.
The purpose of the newsletter is to share community information, support pride in Bishopdale and enhance community connections.
The newsletter gets distributed around Bishopdale at the end of February, May, August and November and is also available online.

Justice of the Peace Clinic
A Justice of the Peace is available to members of the community every Wednesday between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm at Ōrauwhata: Bishopdale Library and Community Centre.
Justices of the Peace can witness signatures and documents, certify document copies, hear oaths, declarations, affidavits or affirmations as well as sign citizenship, sponsorship or rates rebates applications. There is no charge for this service.

The library offers books, magazines, DVDs, children's CDs, play station, public computers, printing and wi-fi. Open Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. A wheelchair is available for visitor use.
